It has been a while, I’be been away from it for a couple of weeks but am now getting back at it. I’m not 100% sure where I left off so I’ll just update you on the happenings since I’ve been back.

I left just as I finished up the Party reload (and that was a disaster I’ll touch on in another post) and as soon as I got back I got some good news on my PSO sign-up bonus. If you remember, I signed up for PR through PSO thinking that I wouldn’t get the PSO bonus because I wasn’t going to play the proper limits (blinds of at least 0.50/1.00). Beings I was playing 0.50 / 1.00 limit (with blinds of 0.25/050) I didn’t bother to get to 750 raked hands that were required for PSO – I stopped at 700 when I met the sign-up bonus requriements. Bottom line is, the Geek had to play750+ hands and for fun submitted his PSO completion tirgger – and to our surprise, he got it. So with that I went back to PR to get the additional 50 hands I needed to clear my PSO bonus which is worth the equivant of $60. I know what you are thinking, why would you go back to PR after all the trouoble you had getting your money out? I knew that would come up and I don’t know how to answer the question. All I can say is, keep reading, it gets better…

While finishing up my 50 hands at PR I got an email annoucing a reload bonus – 50% up to $200 clearing at 10x – not bad. And what do I do, deposit another $200 to maximize the bonus! So that is where I’m at now, about 450 hands into the 1000 I need to clear this bonus. I’ll keep at it for another week or so and should finish up next week sometime.

Other odds and ends …

  • My revelation (mentioned in my last post) is coming, to my loyal readers, you’ll have to wait a few more days for it. I hope it will be worth it!!!
  • My PR review will come in a couple of days as well, this one should be intersting
  • Played in a freeroll on PR over the weekend, only 49 people and the top 25 paid, managed to finished 9th and won $55 (which helps the bankroll). Was in great shape, for most of the tourney was in the top 5 in chips until a bad beat just before the final table started. After that is was all I could do to stay in the game with only 3 or 4 BB left. It was fun and by far the best result thus far. There are a couple of similar tourneys coming up this weekend and next that should have small fields – so will be looking forward them as well.
  • As a side note, Quadman was in the above mentioned freeroll, never logged on (in fact wasn’t even home) and managed to finish 12th and picked up $35 … nice work Quadman. And for those that are curious, I did ask Quadman how he did and he actually sent me the details but as you would expect, I can’t share them with all of you!!!!

That is about it for now, am off the casino tomorrow night for some live poker and I’ll post an update after that. Also coming up is a BR update.

Until then AA up.
